Probation Division - Internet Reporting Procedures

Court Programs, Inc has made available an Internet Reporting System that will allow you to report via computer at home or from a computer accessible to you. CPI has modernized the way you can report for probation in a secure way over the internet.

Court Programs, Inc. also reminds you to follow all terms and conditions of your probation while utilizing the Internet Reporting System. As with all terms and conditions of probation you are on notice that at any time the court may rescind or modify any of the conditions of your probation, or extend the period of probation, or may discharge you from other supervision. If you violate any of the conditions of your probation, you may be arrested and the Court may revoke your probation, adjudge you guilty and impose any sentence which it may have imposed before placing you on probation.

Upon being placed on probation by the Court, you were informed of and signed for your general and specific terms and conditions of probation. In order to participate in the Internet Reporting System, you must agree to the policies and procedures of Internet Reporting as explained to you by your probation officer.

NOTE: Court Programs Internet reporting system is a privilege and failure to submit your report as directed by your individual Probation Officer may result in you having to report in person.

The Internet Reporting Form that follows must be completed in its entirety as directed by you probation officer. The form is designed to address all required criteria for you to successfully complete your probation as outlined by your original Court Order.

To participate in Court Programs Internet Reporting System you must read, agree to, and electronically acknowledge the terms and conditions herein:

"I hereby affirm under penalty of law that I am the individual indicated above who is submitting and reporting by this electronic communication as required by my conditions of probation, by order of the Court, and acknowledge that faillure to comply will result in an immediate violation of my probation."
