Our Process
Court Orders & Bond Requests
Step 1
Request for Service
To request service, contact us via our contact form, email, or phone to request the service you wish. (See Contact page.)
Step 2
Supply Necessary Paperwork
All Court Ordered & Bond requests for services we provide must include an order from the court detailing the terms and/or conditions of the case. Without this, we cannot effectively manage the case. Therefore, the request will be rejected.
Step 3
Contact With Participant
Once the court order and all necessary information is received, a CPI representative will contact the participant to discuss the next steps and schedule the enrollment.
Step 4
Manage the Case
The case will be managed according to the guidelines of the court order.
Step 5
Send Reports
Monthly reports may be provided to the court, as requested. All non-compliance, violations, and fail to appear reports will be sent as they occur.
Step 6
Completion
Upon completion of the program, all final reports will be sent and the participant will be removed. If applicable, all equipment will be removed and returned to CPI.
Drug Testing & Lab Services
Step 1
Order Test
To order a drug test, select the “Order Drug Test” button on the Home page or Drug Testing page. You may also email or call our office to order a test or if you have questions.
Step 2
Test Collection
Once a test is ordered, report to one of our local offices to complete the test collection. It is always best to call ahead of time to schedule your appointment!
Step 3
Receive Results
Depending on the type of test, results may be ready within minutes or they could take up to 10 business days for a lab confirmation result to return.
